Identifying Credible Sources of Health Information in Social Media
Social media is widely used as a source of health information and carries the ability to influence health outcomes for the public. The likelihood of credibility among major categories and types of nonprofit and government organizations, the need for parallel strategies and source evaluation, and ethical considerations are discussed.
